Show EXHIBIT -'A" NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 9th day of January, 1990, at 9:00, at the North front door of the main entrance of the County Courthouse, Corner of State & Main, MORTGAGE CORPORATION , as the current Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by WILLIE W. WALKER, JR. AND GWENDOLYN GWEN-DOLYN B. WALKER, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Trustor, recorded OCTOBER 3, 1986 as Entry No. 0755080, in Book 1115, at Page 865, of the official records of DAVIS County, Utah, given to secure an. indebtedness in favor of CROSSLAND MORTGAGE CORP. by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded August 10, 1989, as Entry No. 866036, in Book 1307, at Page 70, of said official records.
