Show "ni '' - BON AMICA CLUB CELEBRATES 20TH YEAR Bon Arnica Club celebrated its 20th anniversary Saturday, March 12th at a banquet held at the Civic Center. For the past twenty twen-ty years the club has met annually an-nually and for eighteen years have feted the high school football foot-ball team at the close of the season. President Roscoe Boden of Salt Lake City was in charge of the party assisted by Earl T. James, John J. Creedon, James Carrigan and W. H. Harris. A 20-year motif was carried out in decorations with large gold "20's" on the tables and place-cards place-cards with "Bon Arnica" and "20 Years" in gold letters. Inside the placecards was a short history of the club and the roster of its members. Potted plants and fresh cut pansies formed the table centerpieces. A huge birthday cake was at the head table. Miss Virginia Harris was in charge of I the decorations. The dinner was prepared and served by Mrs. John J. Creedon, assisted by Mrs. Shirl Scroggin and Mrs. Pete Massa. Each member invited a guest for the occasion. Members of the club present were: James H. Culleton, Mr. Carrigan, Mr. Creedon, Cree-don, Joel P. Jensen, Harold W. Nielsen, Ray Tatton, Ray Watson, Wat-son, Mr. James, Dr. H. C. Jenkins, Ferrell H. Adams, Elliott W. Evans, W. Earl Rager Leonard L. Miller, Harold Chesler, Clinton Clin-ton S. Robison, Mr. Boden and Mr. Harris. Guests of the members mem-bers included: Richard H. Schu-bach, Schu-bach, B. E. Mellenthin, L. W. Sumnicht, Henry E. Marks, Y. W. Harrod, James H. Miller, John W. Tate, C. A. Morley, Joe Har-ker, Har-ker, A. J. Boberg, B. J. Nerdin, Max DuBois, Dr. W. W. Soren-son, Soren-son, L. E. Sessions, Jack Whit-more, Whit-more, Roy D. Neally, Joe Brisk, Elmo A. Nelson, Bob Jimas, Irvin Stillman and Charles Bates. Mr. Culleton was elected to serve as president until the next meeting. o : |
