Show ' NOTICE OF 1 TRUSTEE'S SALE The foUowmg described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 18th day of April, 1989, at 10:00 a.m. at the north main door of the Davis County Courthouse located at 50 East State, Farmington, Davis County, Utah, for the purpose of foreclosing a Trust. Deed executed by Randy L. Orton, as Trustor, in favor of Utah Housing Finance Agency, as Beneficiary, Benefici-ary, which' Trust Deed was recorded June 26, 1979 as Entry No. 536318, in Book 776, at Page 914, of the official records of the Davis County Recorder; covering real property located at 88 West 50 South A-ll, Centerville, in Davis County, State of Utah 84014, and more particularly described as follows: Unit No. -A-ll, CEDAR SPRINGS CONDOMINIUMS CONDOMI-NIUMS as shown in the Re- cord of Survey Map for Cedar Springs Condominiums, a Utah Condominium, appearing appear-ing in the records of the County Coun-ty Recorder of Davis County, Utah, in Book 616 of Plats, at page 518, as entry number 1 442675 and as defined and described de-scribed in. the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions Res-trictions and Reservations for Cedar Springs Condomi-, Condomi-, mums, appearing in such records re-cords in Book 616, page 519 and following, as entry number num-ber 442676, both such instruments instru-ments having been recorded in said office on 9-16-76.
