Show TRY A COOLING DIET by Neil Solomon, M.D. A change in diet to meet seasonal changes can be as helpful as changing clothes. With hot weather coming on, that means it's time to "summerize" our diet. Much of the uncomfortable uncomforta-ble feeling we have during the summer is a result of the food we eat. Our dietary die-tary aim, therefore, there-fore, should be directed to ty, high caloric junk foods. Avoid gobs of ice ' cream, sugar-laden soft drinks and alcoholic concoctions. con-coctions. The best hot weather beverage is water. Drink a lot of it. Iced tea and coffee are fine if no sugar is added. If you eat beef, make it the leanest you can buy.
