Show NSL water rates may be increased By JUDY JENSEN Editor NORTH SALT LAKE The city's independent auditor has suggested sug-gested water rates be increased to help pay for the recent improvements improve-ments to the system and to insure the water fund is self funding. The city now has a badly needed upgraded water system that will serve current residents well and provide for future growth. The improvements were financed fi-nanced through bonds that will be paid off in the year 2006. Until that time, payments must be made and water rates must be sufficient to make the payments.
