Show LEGAL NOTICE Petition No. 88-10C Please be advised that the Bountiful Planning Commission will hold a public hearing TUESDAY, August 16, 1988 at 7:30 PM or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, in the Planning Conference Room, Bountiful City Hall, 790 So.100 E., Bountiful, Utah The purpose of this hearing will be to determine the interest in and ascertain the advisability of approving or disapproving dis-approving a Conditional Use Permit for the following land use: Permission to build an addition addi-tion to an existing automotive machine shop and auto sales business at 375 So. 200 W. Owner Own-er is Gordon V. Johnson. A Conditional Use is a land use that can be made acceptable in a particular area if the developer will comply with specific conditions that are outlined in the Zoning Ordinance to assure compatibility com-patibility with surrounding land uses. The public is invited to attend and voice opinion either for or against this proposal. If you cannot attend, please feel free to voice opinion in writing or by agent or attorney. If you know of any affected property owner who, for unknown reasons, failed to receive a copy of this notice, please advise them of this meeting.
