East Layton registration On Tuesday, Aug. 9 from 1-5 p.m., East Layton Elementary School will register children new to the area and children who have not previously completed their registration. reg-istration. Children entering kindergarten are required to be five years of age prior to or on Sept. 1, 1988. Parents will need to provide the school with evidence of birthdate. Also, prior to the beginning of school, the school will need to be provided an immunization record and evidence . of eye examination.
