Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 13th day of July, at 10:00 a.m. at the north main door of the Davis County Courthouse located at 50 East State, Farmington, Davis County, Utah, for the purpose of foreclosing fore-closing a Trust Deed executed by David A. Hampton and Karen A. Ken-ney, Ken-ney, as Trustors, in favor of Utah Housing Finance Agency, as Beneficiary, Benefici-ary, which Trust Deed was recorded May 3, 1984 as Entry No. 670987, in Book 988, at Page 592, of the official records of the Davis County Recorder, covering real property located at 601 West 1950 North, Clinton, Davis County, Coun-ty, State of Utah 84015, and more particularly parti-cularly described as follows: All of Lot 6, PEPPERMINT PARK SUBDIVISION NO. 2, a subdivision of part of Section 26, Township 5 North, Range 2 West, Salt Lake Meridian, in the City of Clinton, according to the official plat thereof. Notice of Default was recorded March 4, 1988 as Entry No. 0817680, in Book 1221 , at Page 1020, of said official records. Successor Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder, in cash, payable in lawful money of the United States, at the time of sale, without warranty war-ranty as to title, possession, or encumbrances, encum-brances, the above-described property, proper-ty, for the purpose of paying obliga- tions secured by said Trust Deed, including in-cluding without limitation fees, charges, and expenses of Successor Trustee, and advances, if any, under the terms of said Trust Deed.
