Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, at the North door of the Davis County Courthouse, Farmington, Utah, on Monday, June 20, 1988, at 1 1 :30 A.M. of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing a trust deed executed by Ralph B. Pierce and Leona A. Pierce in favor of Western American Mortgage company, which deed of trust later was assigned to Victor Federal Savings and Loan Association, and which described de-scribed property later was deeded to Copperfield Construction, covering property at 936 East 3250 North, Layton, Utah, and more particularly described as follows: ALL OF LOT NO. 5 EAS-TRIDGE EAS-TRIDGE ESTATES NO. 1, A SUBDIVISION OF PART OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER QUAR-TER OF SECTION 3 AND THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER QUAR-TER OF SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP TOWN-SHIP 4 NORTH, RANGE 1 WEST, SALT LAKE BASE AND MERIDIAN U.S. SURVEY, SUR-VEY, IN THE CITY OF LAYTON, DAVIS COUNTY, ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL OFFI-CIAL PLAT THEREOF.
