Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold, at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale on the north front entrance of the Davis County Courthouse, Farmington, Farm-ington, Utah, on Monday, June 13, 1988, at the hour of 9:30 A.M. of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing a Deed of Trust executed by DAVID CRAIG STRATTON and LAURIE STRATTON, husband and wife, as Trustor, in favor of HOME SAVINGS AND LOAN, a Utah corporation, as Beneficiary, covering real property located lo-cated at 1333 Sunset Drive, Kaysville, Davis County, Utah, and more particularly particu-larly described as follows: BEGINNING on the Easterly line of a road at a point North 89 degrees 42' East 586.45 feet and North 22 degrees 05' West 1738.45 feet and North 62 degrees de-grees 50' East 33. 18 feet from the West quarter comer of Section 10, Township 3 North, Range 1 West. Salt Lake Meridian; and running thence North 22 degrees 05' West 129.75 feet, more or less, to the North line of a 1 .5 rod wide right-of-way; thence North 62 degrees 60' East 699.7 feet along said right-of-way; thence South 22 degrees 05' East 129.75 feet, more or less, to a point North 62 degrees 05' East of the point ot beginning; thence South 62 degrees 50 West 699.7 feet to the point of beginning.
