Show Mary L. Whitesides children. Speakers were grandsons Dr. Gregory Anderson and David Paul Davis and by granddaughters Susan Wycoff and Linda Coleman. Music was by granddaughter Sandra San-dra Davis and grandsons Kent Anderson and Steven Davis. Accompaniment was by granddaughter grand-daughter June Lawler. The invocation invoca-tion and benediction were by grandsons Robert Davis and Dr. Alan Whitesides. Interment was in the Green Hills Memorial Park, San Pedro, Calif, with the graveside dedication by her son, Dr. Paul David White-sides. Mary Louise Duncan White-sides, White-sides, 78, of Downey, Calif., died May 14, 1988. She was born April 21, 1910 in Holden, Utah, to David William and Louie Stringham Duncan. The family soon moved to Clearfield where her father operated the Woods Cross Canning Corp. for 30 years. She married Stilson Adams Whitesides Aug. 7, 1926. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Soon after her marriage, she and her husband moved to the Sacramento, Sac-ramento, Calif, area. Seven years later, the family moved to Downey, Dow-ney, Calif., where they have lived to the present time. She is survived by her husband and four children, Dr. Newell R. Whitesides, Sonoma, Calif.; Lou Jean Whitesides Anderson and Mary Louise Whitesides Davis, Arvada, Colo.; and Dr. Paul David Whitesides of Boise, Ida.; 15 grandchildren and 23 greatgrandchildren. great-grandchildren. She is also survived by two brothers and three sisters. Funeral services were held Wednesday, May 18 at the LDS Downey First Ward. The service was conducted by Dr. Newell R.
