Show Chi Omega will reign over Engineering Week Engineeiing Queen Becky Sharp was chosen Tuesday to reign over the 1970 Engineering Week celebrations to be held Feb. 23-28. She is a sophomore major ing in nursing, is involved in Chi Omega, Angel Flight, and is secretary sec-retary for Men's Council of LDSSA. The contest was held in Orson Spencer Hall at noon with officiating offic-iating judges Randy Dryer of ASUU David Miles of Engineering Council, and Rolfe Kerr, dean of students. Also chosen were: Diana Farr, Civil Engineering Queen, a sophomore sopho-more majoring in education. She works at the LDS Hospital and affiliates with Delta Gamma. Jil Curtis was picked as Chemical Engineering Queen and is also a sophomore in elementary educa- , tion. She belongs to Chi Omega andl.K. Little Sisters. Rosemary Eldredge won the title of Theta Tau Queen, is a sophomore in political science, and is a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma. Judy Nielson is Electrical Engineering Queen, a junior in biology, and a member of the Sigma chapter of Lambda Delta Sigma. She is a NAIAD officer, member of the drill team, was 1969 Navy Queen, and belongs to the Mormon Youth Chorus. |
