The usual pile of friendly letters from concerned con-cerned relatives and friends has been lost among the deluge of "important" stamped correspondence correspon-dence of every imagineable form and intent. The best way to tell if it is junk mail without wasting time to open it is to look for mispelled names or addresses which have been very intimately printed by some nice computer fed printer at what must be near the speed of light. Some of the names that I have been addressed as are unprintable. The envelopes that cover this valuable valu-able information are usually gaudily gaud-ily colored or stamped with some message to attract quick attention such as "Open Immediately-contains Immediately-contains lucky winning number" or "Open Immediately-important registration material". The aforementioned afore-mentioned examples are obvious hoaxes and should be immediately disposed of. If by some reason you can't tell by the envelope and do open the mail you will find some of the most amazing examples of collected col-lected nonsense. You will be proved pro-ved things such as new cars dream homes, free surprises and even cash prizes all for the ask.ng...,f y0U only fi jp name and address and buy only one of the sender's items have seen ads for a yardfull of lowering plants and shrubs for "der S4, complete libraries of books for SI a month, and even . ,-cret self-defense tacti s ,1 at r |
