Show Lee, Catmull, Nemelka, Garn E jj Q would play the major role in the panel. In the discussion, each speaker will be alloted ten minutes to state his views. After individual statements state-ments the members of the panel will be asked questions from the moderator and the audience. "City Government and the People" will be the topic of a panel discussion featuring Salt Lake political po-litical figures Mayor J. Bracken Lee, Commissioner Joseph Catmull, and candidates Joseph N. Nemelka and Jake Garn. Nemelka and Garn are candidates for the office of mayor and commissioner, respectively. respec-tively. The panel is scheduled for Oct. 18, noon, in the Moot Courtroom of the College of Law. It will be moderated by Ted Capener, KSL news director. Administration To Be Criticized Such subjects as the role of the city commission on enforcement of prostitution laws and inefficiency under the present administration will be in the foreground of the discussion, stated Fred Finlinson, Delta Theta Phi representative. The panel is being sponsored by Delta Theta Phi, the law fraternity, and the ASUU Public Affairs Board, as part of a campaign to encourage voter participation. Donnybrook According to Finlinson, the discussion dis-cussion promises to be a "donnybrook "donny-brook between Mayor Lee and Nemelka because of complete opposition op-position in platforms."
