Show 2b2 Game Meet Held In Colorado The Union Games Committee under the direction of Tom Higham has formulated a team to represent the University in the Region 10 Association As-sociation of College Unions Games Tournament. The meet is to be held Feb. 14 and 15 at Boulder, Colo. The group was selected following fol-lowing a play-off set up by the committee. The tourney was set up only two years ago. It is strictly amateur following all policies and rules under un-der this system. No professionals of any type are permitted to participate. parti-cipate. Region 1 0 consists o f schools of the Intermountain West totalling 21. One women's bowling team and one men's bowling team are being sent over. Four chess players, play-ers, two ping pong players, and two billiards competitors ixund out the team representing the University. The winning teams of this tournament tour-nament will then have the chance to go to the National Games Tourney Tour-ney and compete there. The meet will be held later in the spring. |
