PEALE, his wife, if living, and their unknown heirs-at-law, if deceased; THEODORE B. STEVENS STE-VENS and CARITA STEVENS, his wife, it living, and their unknown un-known beirs-at-law, if deceased; de-ceased; and ALICE B. CHILD, surviving widow and known heir at law, and all unknown heirs-at-law of W. H.
