Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS y The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change or appropriate appropri-ate water in Beave.- County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year, unless otherwise designated. All locations a'-e from SLB&M. To Change: a-2912 Alden Hadley, Mil-ford, Mil-ford, Ut. proposes to change the place of use of 1.114 sec.-ft. of water under a right .evidenced by Underground - water Claim No. 10285. The water was diverted di-verted from a well at a point N. 1359 ft. and W. 353 ft. from SVi Cor. Sec. 5, T29S, R10W, and used from Apr. 1 to Sept. 30 as a supplemental supply to irrigate ir-rigate 60 acres in NEVA, SY2-NWV4 SY2-NWV4 said Sec. 5, and for year-round year-round incidental stock-watering purposes. Hereafter, it is proposed to divert 1.114 sec.-ft. of water from a 14-in. well, 84 ft. deep at a point N. 1359 ft. and W. 353 ft. from SV4 Cor. Sec. 5, T29S, R10W, and use from Apr. 1 to Sept. 30 as a supplemental supply to irrigate 56.66 acres in SEV4NWV4. NEV4SWV4 said Sec. 5, and for year-round incidental stock-watering purposes. a-3056 Albert Berntsen, care J. H .Valine, Milford, Ut. proposes pro-poses to change the noint of diversion di-version of 1.25 sec.-ft. of water under ft right evidenced by Underground Un-derground - water Claim No. 20597. The water has been di- verted from a well at a point N. 1333 ft. and W. 1296 ft. Ircm EV4 Cor. Sec. 32, T28S, R10W, and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 1 to irrigate 10 acres in NEl4NEV4 Sec. 32, T28S, R10W, and for year-round incidental domestic and stock-watering purposes. Hereafter, it is proposed to divert 1.25 sec-ft- of water from a 14-in. well bet. 100 and 300 ft. deep at a point S. 1310 ft. and W. 50 ft. 'from NE Cor. Sec. 32, T28S, R10W. The water is to be used during the same period per-iod and for the same purposes as heretofore. a-3074 D. E. Kirk, Milford, Ut, proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 1.1 sec-ft. of water under a right initiated by Application No. 11917. The water was to have been diverted from a 12-in. well at a point S. 25 ft. and E. 2682 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 6, T28S, R10W, and used from Mar. 1 to Oct. 31 to irrigate 80 acres in NViNEVi said Sec. 6, and for year-round incidental domestic and stock - watering purposes. Hereafter, it is proposed to divert 1.1 sec.-ft. of water from a 16-in. well bet. 300 and 500 ft. deep at a point S. 50 ft. and E. 50 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 7, T2:S. R10W, and used from Mar. 1 to Oct. 31 as a supplemental supple-mental supply to irrigate 320 acres in WV2 Sec. 7. T28S, R10W, and 'for year-rrjnd incidental inci-dental domestic and stock-wat-. ering purposes. To Appropriate: 26944 George C. Jackson, 182 Lincoln St., Midvale, Ut., .05 sec.-ft. for stock-watering use from Potsum Pah Spring, tributary to Great Salt Lake Basin. The water is to be diverted di-verted from the spring ' at a point S. 79 deg. 40 min. W 1685 ft. from EV4 Cor. Sec. 27, T27S, R18W, by means of a 24-in. high dam constructed across the outlet out-let channel at the spring, and conveyed through 4-in. pipe 17 ft. and 298 ft. of 2-in. pipe to a steel trough, or into tank trucks where it will be used either at the troughs or hauled by trucks to different parts of the range for the stock-watering of 3000 sheep and 10 horses. 265(48 George C. Sec. 1, T30S, R10W. The water is to be used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 to irrigate 100 acres in SWV4 said Sec. 1. 27443 Jimmy lvi. Sherwood, Milford, la 2 sec.-'fi. for irriga-I irriga-I tion use irom a 16-in. well bet. 100 and 300 ft. deerj at a point S. 1385 ft. and W. 1130 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 2, T29S, R11W. The water is to be used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 15 to irrigate 86 acres in NV2NEU said Sec. 2, and for year-round domestic and stock-watering purposes. Protests resisting the grant-ins grant-ins of any of the foregoing applications ap-plications with reasons therefor, there-for, must be made in affidavit form with extra copy and filed with the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City 14, Utah, on or before April 14, 1956.
