Show GRADE SCHOOL P-TA HAS PANEL TALKS j An interesting, and spirited spirit-ed panel discussion livened the Elementary P.-T. A. meeting Monday evening. The meeting was conducted by President ! Fay Thompson, and Principal Rosslyn Eppich was moderator 'for the panel. At the business meeting preceding pre-ceding the discussion, a committee com-mittee was named, including Virginia Fowles, Dorothy Kizer and Josephine Killam, to nominate nomi-nate new P.-T. A. officers for election at the next regular meeting. Panel members were City Marshal Wallace Fotheringham, Mrs. Margaret Sears, Mayor Ray Kizer, Richard Banks, Wes Bolton, Walter Brown, and Postmaster Norman Baxter. Several topics were discussed with some invoking lively interest. in-terest. ' The topics and conclusions of the panel: Stimulation of Interest in the P.-T. A. Interest at present seems to be very high. Correlating Community and School Activities One MIA has been changed to Monday nights; other activity scheduling should be left up to the Coordinating Council. Facilitating use of Libray During School Hours Mr. Eppich talked on this subject, but no definite conclusion conclu-sion was arrived at. Recreational Facilities Little League baseball should be stressed, tennis courts at the school grounds and U P should be repaired.
