The Tiger head has been placed in the I trophy case with some advice to the students written on a card I and placed directly below it i o Dances at M H S have been turning out quite successfully . lately. It seems as though most of the Teens are enjoying dancing danc-ing and trying some new steps. Keep it up, kids! o A Senior class party was held . after the dance which followed I the MiJford-Delta basketball ! game, at the home of Mr. and ; Mrs. Fay Bradfield. The party j was given by senior girls, hon-! hon-! oring all the boys. I o I The Juniors will soon begin practice on their promenade. ! Plan now to attend the Prom on Congratulations to the Mil-ford Mil-ford B squad. Both the A and B teams won victories over Delta last Friday. This was Milford's last basketball game. o "Here Comes Charlie" will be presented Saturday, March lUth. It will be a humorous, dramatic play presented by the Seniors of 1956. Be sure to attend; at-tend; tickets are going fast. o The Eighth grade presented a play entitled "Getting Gracey Graduated." This was present-ed present-ed on Thursday to the high school students. o The movie "Julius Ceasar" was enjoyed by some of the Teens Tuesday afternoon. This was a very educational movie. Probably most interesting to the sophomores, who will undertake under-take this play soon. ' April 13th. I'm sure the Juniors Jun-iors will have a fine and beautiful beau-tiful prom this spring. o Persons interested in trying ; out for the traveling assembly 1 should begin- practicing their I numbers. A tryout assembly will be held on March 15th. Wade Meadows urges all students stu-dents to participate. 0 1 Winners of the United Na-1 Na-1 tions essay contest were Iola ! Young, Georgia Smith, Susan Williams, Doug Memmott, Lynne Bracken and Harriet Cline. Congratulations. w A small groups festival was held in Kanab Wednesday. The Milford chorus .and band had some very good numbers, pre-.J pre-.J sented under direction of their instructor, Rolla V. Johnson. 1 0 The student council pins have been ordered by Chairman Connie Con-nie Labrum, Kerril Sue Rollins and Marilyn Moore. These pins should arrive by the end of school. o "Name the Tiger" contest turned out successfully. The final winner was Robert Rose, |
