Show BRISCOE, MARSHALL TO HEAD LITTLE LEAGUE IN MILFORD Ben Briscoe and Claus Marshall Mar-shall have been selected as co-chairmen co-chairmen to complete organization organiza-tion of the Milford Valley Little League. They were chosen at the initial Little League meeting meet-ing held Feb. 25th. Ron C. Morgan, secretary of the Cedar City Little League, addressed the group, discussing the program and emphasizing benefits obtained by the boys who participate in the Little League program. In Cedar City, Mr. Morgan said, the program provided an entire summer's activity for 90 Cedar City boys. All boys between be-tween the ages of 8 and 12 are 1 eligible to participate. "With this age group from which to pick, Milford could easily field a four-team league," Mr. Morgan said. The next meeting of the Milford Mil-ford group will be held Friday, March 16. At that time permanent perma-nent officers will be elected and necessary committees appointed. appoint-ed. All interested persons are urged to attend. |
