Show 1 TRAINMEN FETE VISITING OFFICIALS R. H. McDonald of Denver, national vice president of the Brotherhood of Railway Trainmen, Train-men, was principal speaker at a get-together and social evening held in the St. Bridget's Recreation Recrea-tion Hall last week. F. W. Williams Wil-liams of Indianapolis, national organizer; T. A. Weston of Detroit, De-troit, national organizer, and L. E. Foley of Los Angeles, general chairman of the Order, were also honored guests at the enjoyable affair. The Challengerettes, Los Angeles An-geles ladies' quartet, sent to Miiford for the evening by John M. Ennis, were a real hit, with their songs and merry-making. Earl Stonehocker, local com-miteeman; com-miteeman; Mrs. Cleo Labrum, Ladies Auxiliary president; W. H. Cox and Jack Mahoney, local chairmen, assisted with the arrangements. ar-rangements. Walt McCulley was presented with a 15-year continuous membership pin, and Dan Hutchings and Ben Briscoe each received ten-year pins. |
