Show Home Culture Club holds guest day Home Culture Club members met at the Community Service Center last Friday where they heard an interesting talk given by Pat Visic, public relations representative from Kennecott Copper Corporation. He showed films in connection with his talk regarding copper and its uses. He pointed out the company com-pany is embarked on a million dollar expansion program. Mrs. Martin Conover, president, presi-dent, was in charge. The collect col-lect was read by Camilla Judd. Two violin solos were given by Mrs. Lewis Bird, accompanied ac-companied by Mrs. Maurice Bird. Hostesses for the guest day, to which 40 members and guests enjoyed the luncheon and meeting, included Mrs. A. M. Lyall, Mrs. Earl Cook, Mrs. E. F. Perham, Mrs. J. F. Win-gate, Win-gate, Mrs. Dean Nielson. The next meeting will be held May 19 with Mrs. Don Watts hostess. First aid will be the topic, under the direction of Mary Friel. |
