Show Revised booklet out on home laundering hints A revised publication on home laundering has just been printed by the Utah State University Uni-versity Ext ension Services, County Agent Sarah Tuttle said today. The circular, "Home Laundering," Laun-dering," by Mrs. Rhea H. Gardner, Gard-ner, extension home management manage-ment and furnishing specialist, jhas been revised from an earlier ear-lier publication. The author notes, "In no phase of the homemaker's field ; of responsibility has there been more innovations during the past few years than in laundering. laund-ering. New equipment accompanied accom-panied by new fabrics and finishes fin-ishes have callled for new cleaning supplies and laundry cosmetics." Mrs. Gardner indicates that grey washes are all too frequent, fre-quent, in spite of deluxe equipment equip-ment and cleaning aids. "The best equipment," she says, "still relies on a learned operator if it is to perform well. Proper preparation is just as essential now as ever before if satisfaction is to result. "Home Laundering," extension exten-sion circular 312 (Revised), and 'many other worthwhile publi-j publi-j cations, may be obtained through the county agent's office. |
