Show (J2reviliei . . . Mr. and Mrs. Blaine Johnson (Almah Miner) and two sons have returned to Utah from Lincoln, Nebr., where he has been employed. They will make their home in Provo, where he planst to go into business. Their eldest son will be home from a mission to England, in February. Feb-ruary. Mr. anil Mrs. Jess Tonks and three children visited briefly the past week with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Warren Tonks in Springville, enroute to his new position in Eugene, Oregon. Jess, a graduate of BYU, has been working and training in the Vetrans Administration in Washington, D. C, while mak ing their home in Arlington, Va. In his new work, he will be computor system analyst for the department of education in the state of Oregon. Mr. and Mrs. Dan Witney spent an enjoyable time last week at Grand Canyon making stops at Dead Horse Point and Gooseneck and touring both rims of the canyon. The weather wea-ther and scenery were beautiful beauti-ful until the return when it began to snow near Richfield. Attorney and Mrs. Jerry Thorn and children returned to their home in Dallas, Texas, recently, after a visit in Springville Spring-ville with Mr. Thorn's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Grant Thorn and other relatives and friends in Provo and Spanish Fork. They made the trip by plane. |
