Kathy is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gene White and Mr. and Mrs. James Welker, of Las Vegas. Lee is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Carl A. Boyter, of Milford, and a 1976 graduate of Milford High School. He is a brakeman for the Union Pacific Railroad, and the couple plan to make their home in Milford. Receptions are planned Friday, April 20, in Las Vegas, and Saturday, April 21, in Milford. |
