Show BRYCE VISITORS UP IN NOVEMBER Thomas O. Hobbs, Superintendent, Super-intendent, reported travel figures fi-gures for the month of November No-vember for Bryce Canyon National Park totaled 13,895 for an Increase of 30 over November travel last year. The total travel figures for the 11 month period from January 1 through November 30 now stands at 607,860, compared to 619,901 for the corresponding period last year. This represents a decrease de-crease of 2 for the year to date. The Interpretive activities for the month have been reduced re-duced to the eight minute slide program; museum and exhibits at the Visitor Center. Cen-ter. Winter hours for the Visitor Center are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily. For the remainder of the winter season, 33 camping sites are available, with no fee being charged, in North Campground with restroom facilities. |
