Show MIS ECHO by Cindy Bolton MHS has seen a lot of action ac-tion the past few weeks, with the excitement of the Beaver ball game topping it all off. Each year a few members from the State Board of Education Edu-cation pay a visit to each of the small schools in Utah to see if it is justifiable to keep them open with such a small enrollment. Last Friday, Jan. 23, they visited our school, in an effort to decide whether or not we should be consolidated. The decision deci-sion has not yet been made known, but all the students of MHS are hoping to be able to continue attending school in Milford. A traveling art exhibit has come to MHS from the Associated As-sociated Utah Artists and Utah State Institute of Fine Arts. There are many beautiful beau-tiful paintings hanging in the halls of MHS and the public is invited to pay a visit and look at them. They will be on display until Thursday night and anyone wishing to purchase pur-chase one of them may get in contact with the artist. More information can be obtained ob-tained from Principal Pettey. Thursday afternoon at 4:30 the MHS girls' basketball |
