Show BEAVER PARTY TO KICK OFF BICENTENNIAL Beaver City's bicenten-activities bicenten-activities get a bigheadstart next Friday, Feb. 6, when they celebrate their 120th Anniversary of settling of the comm unity. Reigning over the events will be Beaver City's Bicentennial Bicen-tennial Queen, Pam Wright, who was crowned on January Jan-uary 17. The birthday celebration will be in the National Guard Armory, with program and dancing. Dorothy William, DUP, is in charge withAfton Roberts, president. In mid-March, the Relief Society will hold a choir festival. Mable Smith and Roberta Stoker are chairmen. chair-men. The Relief Society and American Legion will celebrate cele-brate their birthday. Mid -April will see a community com-munity activity sponsored by the VFW and Auxiliary, with Wm. Kehr and Dorothy Abraham, Ab-raham, chairmen. Fashion show by Jaycee Jaynes. May brings the Miners -ville Centennial, graduation dance and Memorial Day services. June brings the Jaycee Race Meet and a com -munity production, Ren Moss Chm. July 4-5 - Activities all day by city Bicentennial Comm. July 22-23-24 -Dairy District Derby, Beaver Beav-er Lions. July 24 - festivities festivi-ties by the three wards. In mid-August, Milford celebration. September -Beaver County Coun-ty Art Exhibit, Labor Day Follies. October -Community activity by BPW, andDeer Hunt and Ball. Escalante Memorials. Me-morials. November 11 -Memorial program, American Legion. December - Band and chorus concert, Christmas Pageant, Christmas Cantatas. Can-tatas. Every month the Cub Scouts will conduct Sunrise and Sunset Services.
