The Milford City Council set November 24th for a public pub-lic hearing to explain the . subdivision code, zoning code and mobile home and recreational coach code, which they plan to adopt for the city of Milford in the near future. The city adopted a subdivision sub-division code in 1973, and has been moving toward a . zoning ordinance since that time . However, Mountain Area Planners, who drew up the original model codes, have revised the codes and recommend that the new subdivision sub-division code be adopted along with the other two. Purpose of the public hearing is to explain the codes, their purpose, and answer questions of local citizens before adoption. The codes are available at the city hall for study by those Interested. The Council received two resolutions adopted by the Planning Commission. Resolution Res-olution No. 1 called for the city to adopt the above proposed pro-posed zoning ordinance and zoning map. Resolution No. 2 recommended that they adopt the street plan forMil-ford forMil-ford City. This Ordinance No. 34 was adopted and passed pass-ed and is to become effective upon publication in this Issue of the COUNTY NEWS. The public hearing on the three codes will be held on Nov. 24th at 8:00 p.m. in the MHS auditorium. There was very little other business In the meeting. Ron Gale asked about his license for a mobile home park. He was told it was before the Planning Commission. Mayor Young reported that the ambulance had been repaired. re-paired.
