Show ter connections or to discharge dis-charge or cause to be discharged dis-charged any Industrial wastes which shall not have been pre -treated to a level of strength and toxicity amenable to treatment with domestic waste. Any person who violates, disobeys, or fails or refuses to comply with any of the provisions of this Section shall be deemed builty of a misdemeanor and upon con-conviction con-conviction shall be fined in any sum not exceeding Two Hundred Ninety-Nine Dollars Dol-lars ($299.00) or by imprisonment impris-onment not exceeding six (6) months or both such fine and imprisonment. Section 2. In the opinion of the City Council, it is necessary to the health and safety of the inhabitants of Mllford City that this Ordinance Ordi-nance become effective immediately im-mediately upon its adoption and publication.
