Show Thursday af'cmoon. Cecil took her to Del'a Sunday to the doctor and she was admitted to the West Millard hospital Sunday evening. Pat Davies fell and broke her arkle in two places going up the tteps at Lehman Caves. She was admitted to he Mil-fc-d Memorial Hospital for a week. Everyone had a good time. Bill Williams, Roy Martain. Dick Foster and Larry Cellw-ii and his son of Paramo.nt, Calif, were weekend deer hunters and visitors with Bill's parents Mr. and Mrs. Austin Williams. Mr. and Mrs. Bud Richardson Richard-son were in Salt Lake on the 23rd. Their daughter Blanche of Cedar City went with them. Deer hunting was pretty good i.n the area. Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Rowley and Mr. and Mrs. LaVon Rowley and children spent several days camping in the Indian Peak area. Mr. and Mrs. Bill Dearden spent Saturday night camping in the Indian Peak area. A fire broke out in Fred Baker's barn and corral Saturday Sat-urday night, resulting in the loss of both. Phillip Hesselgesser and Art Cook were in Elko Monday and Tuesday on business. Barbara Rowley brought her mother, Eugene Timm to come stay with the grandchildren while their parents went hunting. hunt-ing. Wednesday night the area received approximately eight inches of snow. Mr. and Mrs. Richard Timm spent Wednesday night at the home of Mr. and Mrs. LaVon Rowley on their way to Delta. Mrs. Eugene Timm accompanied accompan-ied them to Delta where Linda was admitted to the West Millard Mil-lard hospital to wait the arrival ar-rival of a new baby son, born Friday morni.ng. The baby weighed 7 lbs. While in Delta they stayed at the Velma Timm home. Mrs. Eugene Timm visited with Henry Ramsay in the West Millard hospital extended care center. Saturday evening, Mr. and Mrs. Bud Richardson were guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Dee Heckathor.n. They celebrated Mrs. Richardson's birthday. Mr. and Mrs. Lee Dearden were in Salt Lake Wednesday and returned home on Friday. A Halloween dinner and card party was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Gonder Friday evening. Phillip HcCkalhorn and Dee Heckathorn and A. Z. Joy left for Phoenix, Sunday mtrning where Phillip will participate in the tractor maneuvering division di-vision of 4-H. He was the only qualifier in the State of Nevada i.n the contest with representatives representa-tives from other states. Gene and Annmarie Hecka-Heckathorn Hecka-Heckathorn of Spring Valley visited at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Bud Richardson Sunday. Frozen pipes and a broken, water pipe which flooded the church last Sunday caused the cancellation of services. Dr. Mohr and family of Salt Lake spent the weekend visiting visit-ing and hunting with Mr. and Mrs. Vivian Dearden. Sharon Forsyth of Cedar City spent the weekend at home visiting with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Chester Wheeler. Vicki Jensen spent the weekend week-end in Monroe visiting uith friends. Monday Mr. and Mrs. Bud Richardson returned their daughter Blanche to SUSC in Cedar City. Darwin Wheeler spent the weekend in Blanding visiting with friends. Carol Saunders of Bountiful and her friend Sally spent the weekend visiting with Mrs. Saunders parents, Mr. and Mrs. Dell Young. Mr. and Mrs. David Orchard of Calif, are here visiting with Mr. and Mrs. Elbert Osborne at Big Wash. John Brooks was in Milford last week for minor surgery.
