Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Myers and daughter Sally and Mr. Eugene Myers all of Nehalem, Oregon are here to spend the week with their sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Stewart and family. Mr. and Mrs. Evan Lister and sons have moved into their new residence at 82 N. Main Street. Mrs. Nellie Carelock of Cedar City spent several days last week with her mother, Mrs. Kazel Mooim. Mrs. Maurine Yardley spent the last weekend in Logan for Mother's Weekend. Betsy Yard-ley Yard-ley attends school there at Utah State University. She was a model in the fashion show put on by the college, Col. Robert M. Williams, Sr. (USAF-Ret.) of Lake Montezu-ma, Montezu-ma, Ariz., drove to Milford to visit Mr. and Mrs, Bart Steely. Williams and Steely are the founders of the Silver Wings of World War I, an organization of pilots and observers who served in the Allied forces in WW I. Steely, who also is a retired colonel, is editing Williams' Wil-liams' flying history covering thj period 1911-1947. Wallace Hughes and daughter and eon-in-law Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Bassett of Redding, Cal- Dennis Bassett of Redding, California Cal-ifornia were visitors of Mrs. Naomi Hughes last Saturday, Mrs. Dick Forrester (Leah) of Bountiful visited last week with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Thompson. Mr. Thompson Thomp-son is a patient in the Milford Valley Memorial Hospital. Mr. Gary Kurgerson, Mr. Bob Davis and daughter, Brenda, of Ely, Nevada, were visitors at the home of their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Dan Furgerson. Mrs. Clotiel Gould of Salt Lake City is at her home for ten days, Mr, Gould will join her here at a later date, Mr, and Mrs. Edward Dicks, of Long Beach, Calif., son and daughter-in-law of Mr, and Mrs. Lewis Ward, have pur chased property in the Beaver Mountain and Milford area |
