Even the team itself was prepared to accept a moderate defeat and congratulate themselves that it was not a "whitewash". Milford won by a score of 19-26. Those playing for Milford were: White, Miller, Bond, Schow, Tanner, Pitchforth and Fotheringham. 41 YEARS AGO December 1929 The weather man has turned thumbs down on the innocent pleasure of skating on an ice rink. The rink, just built by the Athletic Club is all ready except ex-cept for one thing the pond won't freeze. A baby daughter was born last Friday to Dr. and Mrs. L. F. Kohler. Officers of the American Legion have been Informed that Milford will be the mecca this weekend for Legion men and women from eighteen counties. coun-ties.
