Naruse was married Sept. 19th to Alan Meyashiro of Kaui Island in Ogden at Budist church. A reception re-ception at Dai-Enko-Lai Cafe followed the ceremony. All the members of Mrs. Naruse family from Culver City, Calif, were at the wedding and reception. Miss Sylvia Ann Van Tassel accompanied the Sheldon Al-brecht Al-brecht family to Salt Lake City Sunday. Mrs. Maurine Yardley took her daughter Betsy to Logan last week where Betsy will attend at-tend College at Utah State University. Mr. and Mrs. Donald Narus-A are the proud parents of a baby boy born at Milford Valley Memorial Hospital, Sept. 29th. First time grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. H. Naruse. Mrs. Margie Sherwood, Linda Conway and Laura Alleman attended at-tended the wedding of Judith Naruse and Alan Miyashiro in Ogden. Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Wiseman Wise-man of Salt Lake City were visitors of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne O. Wiseman last weekend. Mr. and Mrs. Jim Sherwood attended a V.F.W. Banquet at the Congress Hotel Wednesday in Salt Lake City, honoring the National Commander. Jim has been appointed vice-commander of the V.F.W. of the State of Utah. Donald Naruse has enrolled at Utah State University in Logan Lo-gan to continue his schooling this coming year. Visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Duane Yardley have been an uncle and aunt, Pompi and Liz, and Mrs. Wayne Weid-ner Weid-ner from Calif. They were here for the burial of Mr. Wayne Weidner in the Milford Cemetery. |
