Show son Tommy of Layton are vacationing at the homes of parents Mr. and Mrs. Nathan Smith and Mr. and Mrs. Tom James. Mrs. Boyd Horton and children chil-dren of Salt Lake were here over the week end to be with Mr. Horton and attend the horse races. Don and Judy Mayer and children Donette and Sheryl of Salt Lake were here over the week end. and the two girls stayed for a longer visit with grandparents Mr. and Mrs. W. P. Miller and Mr. and Mrs. H. C. Cook. Stanley Lewis and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Lewis and children chil-dren of Salt Lake spent the week end at the home of the men's mother Mrs. LaPrels Lewis, and attended the races. Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Brunson of Leamington spent a few days at the home of her parents, par-ents, and attended the wedding of her brother, James F. Mur-dohk, Mur-dohk, in Kannarraville last Saturday. Week end visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Elwood Jefferson were Mr. and Mrs. Jack Bcckwoldt and sons of Layton. O Roger and Janice Aagard and children of Granger were here at the time his mother Mrs. Norma Aagard, underwent under-went major surgery ,and also visited her mother, Mr. and Mrs. Steve Inman. 9 Mr. and Mrs. Dan Baudino and children, Mrs. Dona Carter Car-ter and two children of Min-ersville Min-ersville and Mr. and Mrs. Ray Neilsen of Cedar City motored to Tooele last week and joined the Baudino's son and daughter in law, Mr. and Mrs. Raeldon Baudino and children, for a week end at Lagoon. Mrs. Anna Denny announces a new grandson, born to Jim and Lynetta Cottrell of Kays-ville. Kays-ville. This is the third son for the Cottrells. 6 Mr. and Mrs. H. C. McCarty of Kaysville were recent visitors vis-itors at the home of her moth-ere, moth-ere, Mrs. Anna Denny. C Mr. and Mrs. Max Root are in Wyoming visiting his brother broth-er in law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Fred McKay. Mr. and Mrs. Karl Hanney have returned to Salt Lake to be with a daughter in law, Mrs. Thomas Hanney, who recently underwent heart surgery. C Floyd Bedingfield is undergoing under-going medical tests in Good Samaritan Hospital in Los Angeles. An-geles. Mrs. Bedingfield accompanied accom-panied her husband to Los Angeles. O Mr. and Mrs. Max Mecham were in New Harmony last week to help celebrate the 61st wedding anniversary of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. James D. Neilson. S Mr. and Mrs. Ben Cooper will spsnd the Fourth of July week end in Salt Lake, and will be accompanied home by their son in law and daughter, John and Anna Roberts and baby Travis, who will move . here. Mr. Roberts will be inducted in-ducted into the U. S. Navy Aug. 25, and Mrs. Roberts and baby will remain with her parents. Mr. and Mrs. Sam Cline, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Jackson and Mr. and Mrs. LeRay Jackson attended the Utah State Bar Association Convention in Salt Lake last week end. C Mr. and Mrs. Orval Asay of Salt Lake have purchased the home of Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Horton. Mr. Asay Is the father fath-er of Glen Asay. Mr. and Mrs. Horton and children will move to Nampa, Idaho. e Nate and Patsy Smith and Mr. and Mrs. P. S. Martin have been to Portland. Ore., to visit their son in law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Holder, and also visited Mr and Mrs. James Holder in Boise, Idaho, and relatives in Salt Lake. Their daughter and son in lav are also attending summer school in Eugene, Ore. At the home of Mrs. Edytha Grimshaw and at her Beaver Mountain home last week end were her children and grandchildren, grand-children, Mr. and Mrs. Hubert Hickman and family of Ma3-na, Ma3-na, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Bristol and Bryan Christensen of Bountiful. e Kimmel Coon was here Monday Mon-day and Tuesday to take care of some businesst then returned re-turned to LaMirada, Cal., to be with his wife Mildred, who is confined to a hospital after suffering a broken hip. Mrs. Merlin Merryweather has returned from Helper where she visited her father, Martin McPhie. She also vis ited Mr. and Mrs. Karl Merryweather Mer-ryweather in Granger, Mr. and Mrs. Martin Merryweather in Provo, and Mr. and Mrs. Ber-dell Ber-dell Corbridge in Kaysville. Mr. and Mrs. Paul Mecham and two children cf Cedar City spent tl.e week end at the home of his father, Mr. and Mrs. Max Mecham, and attended attend-ed the horse races. Kenny and Bonnie Friar and three children of Delta, former Milford residents, were here to visit friends and attend the races. Henry and Claudia Schoo will spend the Fourth at the home of his mother Mrs. Ad-rianna Ad-rianna Schoo. They are moving mov-ing from Seattle to Salt Lake, where Mr. Schoo will be employed em-ployed by Boyles Bros. Drilling Drill-ing Co. and Mrs. Schoo will be employed as a registered nurse at the Veterans Hospital, e Mrs. Rae Anderson has returned re-turned to her home in Lake-wood, Lake-wood, Cal., after visiting her friend Mrs. Verge Goodwin. Ronald and Sheila Brinkman and three children of Sandy have been visiting parents Mr. and Mrs. A. A.
