Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following application has been filed with the State Engineer En-gineer to change water in Beaver Bea-ver County, State of Utah: a-4781, U.S.A., Bureau of Land Management, Fillmore, Ul., proposes to change the place of use of 2 sec.-ft. of water and 1460 ac.-ft. of water evidenced by Diligence Claim 1458 V(60-44), The water has been diverted from Upper Willow Wil-low Creek Spring at a point N. 1001 ft. E. 687 ft. from Sy4 Cor. Sec. 2, T29S, R16W, SL B&M, and used year round for domestic purposes of 25 persons and for stockwatering of 450 cattle and 2000 sheep in SWV4-SEy4 SWV4-SEy4 Sec. 2, T29S, R16W, SLB&M. Hereafter 2 sec.-ft. and 1460 ac.-ft. of water is to be diverted divert-ed as heretofore, conveyed to an equalizing reservoir, piped to troughs and taps, and used year round at recreational sites for purposes of 25 persons and for stockwatering of 450 cattle, 2000 sheep, and wildlife. Uses are to be in SEV4 Sec. 2; NEy4 Sec. 11; SE14 Sec. 12; T29S, R16W, SLB&M; SEy4, NWy4 Sec. 20; NWV4 Sec. 28, NE14, SWy4 Sec. 22; NEy4 Sec. 35; NE14 Sec. 14; NE14 Sec. 7; NWy4 Sec. 4, T29S, , R15W SLB&M; SEy4 Sec. 25; SWi4 Sec. 26, T28S, R15W, SLB&M. Protests resisting the granting grant-ing of this application with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Ut, on or before be-fore Feb. 11, 1967.
