MUSIC IIALL SEEKS UTAH PERFORMERS Kenn Randall, executive producer pro-ducer of Valley Music Hall, today to-day announced that there will be auditlQns for singers and dancers for the forthcoming musical season. Mr. Randall expressed a real interest in having as many local lo-cal dancers and singers try out as are avaialble in this area. Following is the schedule: May 3 10 a. m., Female singers (20 needed); male singers sing-ers (17 needed). May 3, 1 p. m. Female dancers (13 needed); male dancers (4 needed). JIMMY DEAN, MOLLY BEE STILL PLAYING AT MUSIC HALL The Jimmy Dean Show will conclude its Valley Music Hall performances this week end, with two performances on Saturday. A matinee is scheduled sched-uled for 2:15 p. m. Saturday, in addition to the regular 8:15 p. m. performance. Appearing with Jimmy Dean are the popular Molly Bee, the Chuck Cassey Singers, and Jimmy's Jim-my's hound dog Rowlf. LOUIS NYE STARS IN 'CHARLEY'S AUNT Louis Nye as Charley's Aunt Is the news from Valley Music Mu-sic Hall this week. Popular comedian Louis Nye will play the title role of Charley's Aunt for two weeks, opening Monday, Mon-day, May 2. There will be special spe-cial matinee performances on Saturday, May 7 and Saturday, Satur-day, May 14, at 2:15 p. m. A typical "Louis Nye Season" Sea-son" has found him making guest appearances on the Hollywood Hol-lywood Palace, Jack Benny Show, Jonathan Winters Special, Spe-cial, Tonight Show, co-starring on the Chrysler Theatre, appearing ap-pearing on Burke's Law, headlining head-lining concerts at UCLA and Santa Monica ' Civic Auditorium, Auditor-ium, co-starring in the film "Good Neighbor Sam" and headlining in the country's top nightclubs including the Dunes in Las Vegas. The Bob Hope-Lucille Ball "Facts of Life'' marked Louis Nye's movie debut. He has since appeared in "Who's Ben i |
