Show GUN SAFETY CLASSES TO START First of the annual Survival Training and Gun Safety classes class-es for Milford-area young nim-rods nim-rods will start May 9, according accord-ing to Bert Merryweather, president of the sponsoring Milford Wildlife Protective Association. Mr. Merryweather, Alva Kirk and Jay Hiatt will be the instructors. in-structors. Time is 7 p. m. In the Boy Scout room of the Milford LDS Church. All applicants for their first hunting license must show proof that they have completed complet-ed the gun safety course, Mr. Merryweather pointed out. Children 12 years of age and up may enroll at a fee of $1 each. Classes are scheduled for four days, Tuesday and Wednesday, May 9 and 10, and Friday and Saturday, May 13 and 14. All classes must be attended in order for a youth to receive a certificate of completion. |
