WHISPERING LEGALIZED The psychology class has been coducting a rather unusual un-usual class lately. The students stu-dents have been whispering to each other, to demonstrate how a simple statement can be changed after being repeated several times. LET'S DANCE The Post Prom will be held Saturday, April 30, the night after the Junior Prom. This j dance will be semi-formal and will be girls' choice. The music mu-sic will be by The Valours. Prices are 75c for couples and 50c for extra ladies. As Written by THE JOURNALISM CLASS OF MILFORD HIGH SCHOOL Mrs. Mary McCwlley, Instructor TIGERETTES TO MARCH AT PROVO After tryouts last Wednesday, Wednes-day, the following 16 girls have been selected to perform at the Invitational Track Meet to be held in Provo May 6: Marsha Culver, Vickie Grim-shaw, Grim-shaw, Joan Edwards, Connie Burke, Carol Hanley, Sue Roberts, Rob-erts, Linda Moore, Kathleen Marshall. Sue Ann Banks, Bonnie Bon-nie Perkins, Lee Banks, Gerry Price, Virginia Bailey, Judy Whittaker, Mary Myers and Shauna Van Tassell. These girls have been practicing prac-ticing in groups of eight, early in the morning before school. STUDENTS ATTEND MODEL UN Milford High was represented represent-ed at the Model United Nations Assembly in Salt Lake last Friday and Saturday. Members of the local U N Club who attended at-tended were Gary Tomsik, Blaine Roberts, Don Stoddard, George McCulley, Vickie Lamb, Lee Banks, Mary Ann Leppink, Paula Terry, Sharlene Wellington, Welling-ton, Janna Williams, Barbara Norton, Carol Roberts, Mary Myers and Gerry Price. Purpose of the convention was to keep the students informed in-formed of events occurring in the United Nations today. The convention was a worthwhile experience and was enjoyed by all who attended. BENEFIT DANCE The Student Council will sponsor a benefit matinee dance for Karol Pipher next Monday afternoon. The Juniors will leave the Prom decorations up until after this dance. Admission Admis-sion will be 50c for everybody. Let's get out and support this benefit for Karol.
