Show THIS AND THAT - - WITH PAT O Mr. and Mrs. Faye Limb of Long Beach, Calif., were at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Clinton Myers this week. Mr. Limb has retired from the U S Navy and is employed on the Long Beach police force. O Mr. and Mrs. Heber Myers have moved to Las Vegas, where Mr. Myers is employed, e Mr. and Mrs. Normand Thompson and baby and Mrs. Gary Sullivan and daughter attended chinchilla instruction meetings in Salt Lake last Saturday. Sat-urday. e Mr. and Mrs. Reed Gillins visited their daughter Elaine in Salt Lake last week end. O Recent visitors in Milford were Mr. and Mrs. Bill Marshall Mar-shall of Logandale. They were at the homes of Mr. and Mrs, Reed Gillins and Mr. and Mrs. . Roy Myers. Jay Hiatt and Gary Sullivan Sulli-van accompanied Mr. Knuni, an employee at the Air Service in Provo, to Miami, Fla., where Mr. Kunni purchased a plane for the Provo Airport. O Mr. and Mrs. Earl West visited vis-ited their niece, Mr. and Mrs. Ira Fisher, en route from Arizona Ari-zona to their home in Idaho Falls. Rodney Ogden is home on a week's furlough from the Othello Air Force Base in Washington. He is accompanied accompa-nied by a girl friend, Miss Cathy Bues of Othello. En route to Milford they stopped at Orem and brought Rodney's grandmother, Mrs. Robert H. Ogden, to Milford. They were house guests of Mr. and Mrs". Jack B. Ogden. The Ogden's daughter Vicki, -who is attending attend-ing the CSU at Cedar City, also was home for the week end e Mr. and Mrs. W. K. White-hurst White-hurst of Encinitas, Calif., stopped stop-ped at the home of her son in law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs Jake Schow. The two couples attended funeral services in Ontario, last Saturday, tor Mrs. Whitehurst's father and Mrs. Schow's grandfather, William Wil-liam M. White. Mrs. Mary Williams and her daughter in law, Mrs. Peggy Williams and two children, all of Dos Palos, Calif., stopped in Milford at the home of Mr. and Mrs. DeWayne Williams last week end They were en route to Salt Lake to attend the temple wedding of a friend. Dick Jones went by railroad to Ottumwa, Iowa, to get his four grandchildren, Ida Joe. Judy, Jolena and Donald, children chil-dren of Jimmy Jones. On their return to Milford they were stranded for three days in Omaha, because of the railroad rail-road strike. They arrived in Milford Monday and the children chil-dren will stay for an extended visit. Mr. and Mrs. Gary Anderson were house geusts of her parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Tom-sik, Tom-sik, en route to Lakewood, Calif., where they will visit his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Grant Anderson. Mrs. Helen Atkin of Folsom, Calif., is at the home of her sister. Mrs. Hazel Snyder. 6 Mr. and Mrs. J. F. Tribole and Mr. and Mrs. Joe Ricker-son Ricker-son drove to Salt Lake to attend at-tend funeral services for Mrs. Louree S. Moore last Saturday. Many former Milford residents attended the services. The Triboles were at the home of their son Bill and family in Bountiful and the Rickersons called on Mr. and Mrs. Earl W. Nielson in Farmington. Robert and Marilyn Loss of Salt Lake were in Milford at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Moore, last Friday through Sunday. Mrs. Ruth Leany of St. George visited her sons, Mr. and Mrs. Keith Leany and Mr. and Mrs. Clair Leany. Friday Fri-day evening she attended the District 7 American Legion Auxiliary meeting in Miners-ville. Miners-ville. Mrs. Keith Leany returned re-turned her to her home Saturday. Sat-urday. Mr. and Mrs. Keith Leany attended funeral services in Tropic last week for a friend, Frank Bybee. O Dennis Simpkins, son of Mr. and Mrs. M. D. Simpkins, has been released from the U S Air Force at Reno. He is expected ex-pected in Milford to visit his parents. O Mrs. Sue Ann (Thompson) Skeen has moved into the rental home of Mr. and Mrs. Arleigh Campeau. Ross Fotheririgham is now living in Milford at the Lamar Outzen apartments on Main Street Mrs. Maxlne Barton and daughter Phyllis and Judy Raines took advantage of the four-day school vacation and spent the time In San Gabriel, Calif., with Ted and Marie Bradshaw. Denzel Craw, who is serving with the U S Navy in Viet Nam, is home on 30-day leave. While here he has been feted at family gatherings at the homes of Mr. and Mrs. Dan Baudino and Mr. and Mrs. David Da-vid Coleman. Mrs. Vivian Rollins has returned re-turned from Redwood City, Calif., where she was called because of the illness and death of her father. Mr. and Mrs. Randy Morris and sons Randy and Ronnie, of China Lake, Calif., are here visiting his parents, Mr. and Mr. and Mrs. Dave Morris. Week end visitors at the Thurland D. Sly home were Mr. Sly's sister and family Bishop and Mrs. Noble Waite Jr. of Huntington Park, Calif. |
