Show HEART ATTACKS TAKE COUNTY ROAD SUPERVISOR James Reed Edwards, 56, of Beaver died Jan. 29, 1973 of severe heart attacks in the Beaver Hospital. He was born Sept. 30, 1916 in Paragonah to Thomas Alexander and Aline Barton Edwards. He married Maxine Puffer on July 27, 1937 in Beaver. The marriage was solemnized in the St. George Temple. He was a member of the L.D.S. church. He was the Beaver County Supervisor of Roads, being the first to serve in that capacity. He is survived by his widow, sons: James D., Cedar City; Ronald R., and Thomas B. both Ely; and Mrs. Keith (Marsha) Dalton, Minersville; and 12 grandchildren; brothers, sisters, Ralph, Cedar City; Bill, Paragonah; Para-gonah; Mrs. Alma Storve, Phoenix; Mrs. Beth Harris, San Bernardino, Calif; Mrs. Venice Foster, Salt Lake City. Services were in Beaver on Thursday with burial in Mountain Moun-tain View Cemetery. |
