Like Mr. Coyle I don't have much to offer since I am not a resident of Milford, but I can assure you I will pay the tax increase on my mother's property pro-perty across from the church for any improvements that are levied on the streets and sidewalks side-walks in front of her home. We in California have migrated mi-grated in great waves to the 5 acre Govt. Homesites, land lo-caters lo-caters and water companies are doing wonderful business. Water Wa-ter companies are able to get various methods of gov't, financing. fi-nancing. Of course 5 acres is not th answer for an income home, but I believe that your bureau of Land Management and Dept. of Interior may provide material mater-ial for aid and advice to our second wave of pioneers, even if they have to migrate to Australia Aus-tralia and New Zealand for greater living room. How aptly he outlined the sidewalk, street, vacant lot and old building situation. I heartily endorse his Complaint No. 2 and No. 3. I am sure his suggestion to raise taxes is the answer to the street and sidewalk problem, prob-lem, but I wonder if a few letters let-ters from the City Council wouldn't help clean up some vacant lots and unsightly buildings. build-ings.
