The turnout in Milford was especially heavy with 4!14 vot-ters vot-ters turning out in Milford Districts 4 and 5. Of the 23'? in District 4 220 voted yrs an t or.ly 13 no. for a 94 '2cr majority. major-ity. In Milford Dist. No. 5 the 261 voters voted 248 for and 13 against for a 95T;' majority In Beaver voters were a little more reluctant, and the majority major-ity was much smaller, with District 1 reporting 13G voters, with 109 voting for and 27 against. District 2 West, 151 voters with 121 for. 30 against. But still giving a clear majority major-ity in the affirmative. Minersville, who undoubtedly felt like an orphan in this vote, was the only dim spot on the otherwise bright forecast. They had 79 voters with 31 for and 48 against |
