Show John and Tim. stationed at Long Beach, Calif, spent the Easter weekend in Baker visiting visit-ing with Jerry's mother, Mr. and Mrs. Pete Aquiso, his brother, bro-ther, Jay Ambrose of Denver, Colo, and friends. Mr. and Mrs Orval Joseph and son Bobby, daughter Linda BeGaye and two children and Mr. and Mrs. Tom Joseph and daughter Yolanda of Lone Pine, Calif, spent the Easter weekend in the Garrison-Baker area visiting with friends. Mr. and Mrs. Tom Joseph and Mr. and Mrs. Orval Joseph, were dinner guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Lee Dearden Monday evening. Mr. and Mrs. Bill Sorenson and daughter Candace of Salt Lake and Mr. and Mrs. LaVon Rowley and children spent the Easter weekend in Callao visiting visit-ing with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Timm and brother and wife, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Timm and son. Mr. and Mrs. Buster Timm of West Jorden spent the Easter weekend in Callao taking care of business and visiting with family and friends. Mr. and Mrs. Gayle Parker last Week due to the two deaths in our area. Harry Hesselgesser passed away on Tuesday, March 28. Bert Robinson passed away on Wednesday, the 29th. Funeral Funer-al services were held in Ely on Friday, March 31st. Harry Hes-selgesser's Hes-selgesser's was held at Wilson Bates Mortuary at 10:00 a.m. and Bert Robinson's at the LDS Stake house in East Ely at 2 p.m. Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Selle and children of Sandpoint, Idaho, Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Selle of Lola, Mont., Mr. and Mrs. Dewey Dew-ey Selle of Yuma, Ariz.. EIRoy Selle of Lewisville, Arkansas, Darlene Eichler of Texas, Mr. and Mrs. Don Hjsselgesser and children of Fallon, Nev., Pam Huminsky and Romonia Vermillion Ver-million of Lewiston, Idaho and Sandy Perkins of Teller, Ore. spent the weekend in Ely and Baker to attend the funeral services of their father and grandfather, Harry Hesselgesser and to visit with their mother and grandmother, Mamie Hesselgesser, Hes-selgesser, and other family members. Mr. and Mrs. Ray Johnson and children of Kearns, Utah spent the Easter weekend at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Howard How-ard Baker. Sill Sweikart of Las Vegas spent several days here visiting visit-ing with friends. Marthella Jorden was home for the Easter weekend. Mr. and Mrs. Pete Kaufman of Ketchum, Idaho were here over the weekend visiting with family and friends. Jerry Ambrose and friends, Mr and Mrs. Jim Dearden turned home recently from Arizona, New Mexico and Colo- raRillie Osborne and Thelma Brookbush drove to Ely Sun-Jay Sun-Jay after church to visit with riara Callaco. Marie Osborne of Big Wash Ranch spent Sunday afternoon Sing with Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Rowley-pat Rowley-pat Gonder and Lorene Wheeler were in McGill Wednesday Wed-nesday where Pat taught sewing sew-ing in lingerie class at Relief Society. Mr and Mrs. Cecil Rowley were in Nephi Saturday for medical appointments. Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Timm brought their granddaughter, Franchesca Rowley, home Sun day. Dennis Schlabz went to Las Vegas over the weekend to visit with Patsy Baker. Frank Bodean spent a couplj of days in Las Vegas visiting at the home of Mac Henry. Bill Ilchik was in Delta Wednesday Wed-nesday on business for the Eld-ridges. Eld-ridges. Sylvia Baker and two children child-ren were in Milford Wednesday to keep medical appointments. Mr. and Mrs. Pete Aquiso went to Ibapah Sunday to visit with friends. Meg Hesselgesser took Mamie Hesselgesser to Ely Monday to keep a medical appointment. Jim Harrison of Fish Springs is in Baker visiting with friends. Mr. and Mrs. Al Corey of Farmngton, Utah were here over the weekend visiting here Mr. and Mrs. Bud Richardson. were in Salt Lake Monday. Charley Timm took his grandson Cory Timm to Salt Lake Sunday, when he became ill with appendicitis. Leah Layland and children, Lynne, Rae Jean, Brett, Andy Schlappi Lorna and Marie Christensen were in Ibapah Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Timm and two grandchildren Candace Watkins and Franchesca Rowley Row-ley left for Salt Lake Monday morning. They spent the night at the home of their daughter and husband, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Sorensen. John Eldridge left for Ogden Sunday to attend forest service school for a week. Easter weekend visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Osborne at Big Spring Ranch were Billie's sister and husband, Mr. and Mrs. Waldo Yardley of Beaver, Mr. and Mrs. Tom James, Mr. and Mrs. Marion Treat, all of Milford and Mrs. Carol Stewart of Pioche. Billie Osborne was in Milford Sunday to visit with Maude Stoker in the hospital. Glenn Osborne was in Salt Lake Monday on business. Owen Gonder was in Salt Lake on Monday. Billie Osborne went to Ely Monday. While there she visited visit-ed with Clara Callaco. Mr. and Mrs. Cal Hatch are the proud parents of a new baby ba-by girl. Linda Joe Hatch and daughter Jody and their new baby girl returned home last week from Montana where she stayed with her parents to wait the arrival of her baby. Mrs. Bruce Kerr spent a week visiting with her sister, Lucille Burkett in Garden Grove. Calif.. Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Gonder were in Salt Lake Wednesday on business. Mr. and Mrs. Chester Wheeler Mr. and Mrs.: Owen Gonder and children were in Ely Friday Fri-day night to attend the stake welfare beef dinner. Mr. and Mrs. Chub Richardson Richard-son were in Salt Lake Wednesday, Wednes-day, accompanied by his mother, mo-ther, Gen Richardson, to keep medical appointments. Pat Gonder and her mother, Mary Tanner, were in Provo Monday to visit with relatives. Verna Robuck and family of Orem were here Thursday to visit with Mr. and Mrs. Ted Tanner and family.
