Show Clean-up, Beautification Are First Signs of Spring but there is still much left to do. "Now let's finish the job.!" , All residents are urged to clean alleys, rake up dead grass and leaves, remove .tumble-weeds, .tumble-weeds, etc. The owners of vacant lots, unsightly buildings and junk cars are urged to clean them up. It's not fair that a few ugly spots spoil the looks of the otherwise clean city. If everyone takes care of their own properties, the clean up job will be well on the way.
