Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change or appropriate appro-priate water in Beaver County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. All locations are in SLB&M. To Change: a-4429 William Rowland Yardley, Milford, Ut., proposes to change the point of diversion diver-sion of .72 sec.-ft. of water evidenced by Award No. 36 in General Adjudication Decree of Beaver River dated November Novem-ber 13, 1931. The water has been diverted from springs, trib. to Greenwood Slough at a point S. 1100 ft. and W. 840 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 28, T29S, R7W, and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 as a sole supply for the irrigation of 15.2 acres (priority 1870) in SWV4NEy4 and as a supplemental supply for the irrigation of 50 acres 'priority 1890) in SEy4NWV4, NyzSWyiNEii Sec. 28, T29S, R7W. Hereafter, the same quantity of water is to be diverted during dur-ing the same period as heretofore here-tofore at a point S. 1795 ft. and E. 4110 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 28, T29S, R7W, and used for the same purposes as described de-scribed above. To Appropriate: 35861 William R. Yardley, Beaver City, Ut., .015 sec.-ft! from a seep at a point S. 570 ft. and W. 1797 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 33, T29S, R7W. The water is to be used for the watering of 200 cattle in NWy4 -NE14 said Sec. 33. Protests resisting the granting grant-ing of any of the foregoing applications with reasons there- for, must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer,442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah, on or before April 4' 1964.
