D. S. Mission. New school teachers who have been added to the Minersville Min-ersville teaching staff are Floyd Johnson. He is teaching the third grade. He and his family are from Cedar City and have moved into the former Bob Bonner's home. Mr. Robert Puffer is the 5th and 6th grade teacher and he and his family will reside at the home previously occupied by Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Gillins. Other changes made at teaching teach-ing are: Marshall Hollingshead will teach the 7th grade and Mrs. Lillian McKnight will be the 8th grade teacher. Other teachers are Mrs. Bernice Gillins Gil-lins and Mrs. Frieda Wood. At Sacrament meeting last Sunday evening the Mutual presented the program. A play, introducing the new theme, was given by the girls. Graduating Gradu-ating from Primary into M.I.A. This Week in MINERSVILLE as reported by GWEN PRYOR S Sandy, a 23 year old dog of Frank Pryor just land down and died. Sandy, a hunting dog who knew all the tricks of flushing pheasants will be missed by his master. A dog is a man's best friend; Sandy was faithful faith-ful to his master up to his death and his master, faithful to him. even though he was past his usefulness as a hunting hunt-ing dog, deaf and half blind, Frank cared for him as if he was in his prime of life. Yes, Frank has had other hunting dogs and will have others, too, but not like Sandy. Fred Pryor of Orem was in Minersville to visit for a few days before he began teaching school . at Orem, at the home of his mother, Mrs. Amanda Nolder. C Mr. and Mrs. Obra Myers attended at-tended the Eyre family reunion in Lyman, Wyo. At the time George Dalton passed away in Long Beach, Calif., his son, Bill and wife were there The Bill Daltons were moving their son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Dee Hollingshead, to Long Beach. C Elder Kent Limb, who is receiving re-ceiving treatment in Salt Lake City is home for several days. Mrs. Memphis Liffell of Price, who recently returned from serving an L.D.S. Mission in Florida, was in Minersville calling on her sisters, Mrs. Albateen Al-bateen Roberts and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Pryor. Mr. and Mrs. A. K. Martin and children of Sparks, Nev., has been at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Craw. Mr. and Mrs. Craw have been on the sick list.
