Show 9 Mrs. Paul Deweert of Las Vegas and her sister, Mrs. Irene McKinley of Hinsdale, 111 were overnight visitors at the Elma and Joe Elliott residence resi-dence one day last week. , Raeldon and Zola Baudino are now living in - one of the rental house trailers of Harold Renshaw. Mr. and Mrs. Ren-shaw Ren-shaw moved their new trailer to Salt Lake where they are Earl and Angie Church of St. George were in MUford last week end calling on relatives rela-tives and friends. Mrs. O. R. Smith spent last week end in the northern part of the state. In Salt Lake she was at the home of Mr. and Mrs Earl Stonehocker and also attending funeral services for Merrill Edwards. In Brigharr. City she visited a son, Albert, and family. Shirleen Shields, a member of the University of Utah Residence Resi-dence Halls Association, was among a delegation attending a national convention of residence resi-dence halls associations in Oklahoma. The group left Salt Lake Wednesday morning and stops were made at the University of Wyoming, University Uni-versity of Colorado, Colorado State University, and Denver University. They returned to Salt Lake last Monday. Mr. and Mrs. Guardell Banks and family have moved to Min-ersville. Min-ersville. They purchased the former Leon Thompson home there. Mrs. Maurine Miller is em- ployed at the Beaver County Clinic. Mrs. Marie Rollins is now at her home. She had been staying in Long Beach, Calif., with a daughter, Mrs. Glenna Foley. She was accompanied to Milford by another daughter, daugh-ter, Mrs. Beth Taylor of Farm-ington, Farm-ington, who had been in Long Beach. Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Williams Wil-liams and baby were in Mil-ford Mil-ford at the home of his parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Lester Williams, Wil-liams, en route to Kansas City where the couple will make their home. They had been living in Salt Lake City. Albert Raines is in the Beaver Beav-er County Hospital recuperating recuperat-ing from a heart attack he suffered at Delta Wednesday evening. Mr. and Mrs. Dave Clark are building a new home on South 400 West Street. Mr. and Mrs. Eddie Bozarth have returned to Milford and are living in the Milford Apartments. William Kanneyer, father of Mrs. Betty McBride, returned to his home in Caldwell, Idaho Thursday. He had spent the past year here. Mrs. Elva Sedgwick has turned from the northern Z of the state. She receive medical checkup in Salt L v and visited her daughter, 1, lone Beckwith in Orem. v Beckwith underwent a spin'i operation and had been seri ously ill but is now improving" After hearing of the death of Merrill Edwards, Mrs. Frank White and Mr. and Mrs. HarolH Edwards left for Salt Lake to be with Mrs. Edwards. Other Milford residents attending ne funeral services in Salt Lake last Saturday included jjrs Norma Yount, Mr. and Mrs! Paul Whitesides, Mrs. 0 R Smith, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Aslt worth and Mr. and Mrs. Ross Lang; also Mr. and Mrs. Gary Weston, Gayle Edwards, and Mrs. Idonna Coon of California who flew to Salt Lake to be present at the funeral. Mrs. Coon returned to Milford with the Whites to spend a few days in Milford before returning to her home. Mrs. Nettie Kirk plans to return to Milford the latter part of May. |
