June 1 9, 1961, for all live and recently recent-ly dead (sound sapwood) tim-j tim-j ber marked or designated for cutting, located on an area of ' approximately 109 acres located locat-ed on Blind Hollow, Wilson j Creek Drainage, West of Merchant Mer-chant Valley in Sections 1 and i 12. T29S, R6W, Salt Lake Base Meridian, within the Beaver j iw..6a District, Fishlake National Na-tional Forest, estimated to con-' con-' tain live and recently dead 1 (sound sapwood) sawtimber as j follows: 270 M feet b.m. of En-j En-j gelmann spruce and 10 M feet b.m. of Alpine fir, more or ( less. In addition there is with-i with-i in the same area an unestimat-ed unestimat-ed volume of merchantable older dead (unsound sapwood) sawtimber of all species whicii will be paid for a $1.00 per M ft. b.m. The minimum acceptable bid per M ft. b.m. for live and recently re-cently dead (sound sapwood) timber is: for Engelmann spruce logs $5.75 which includes in-cludes a base rate of $3 30 for stumpage, $2.45 for slash disposal: dis-posal: and Alpine fir logs $2.95 which includes a base rate of $0.50 for stumpage, $2.45 for slash disposal. The term "stumpage" includes deposit for sale area betterment. A certified check, Cashier's check, bank draft, or money order payable to the Forest Service, U. S. D. A., in the amount of $110.00 must accompany accom-pany each bid to be applied on the purchase price, refunded or reiained in whole or in part as actual or liquidated damages dam-ages according to the provisions provi-sions of the bid. The right to reject any or all bids is reserved.
