Stark, elementary school supervisor for Rich county, coun-ty, former superviser for the Beaver County elementary schools, was elected president of the Utah State Federation of Business and Professional Women's Wom-en's Clubs during their state convention con-vention at Zion National Park. - She is immediate past first vice president, and also has served as second vice president, state membership mem-bership chairman, southern membership mem-bership chairman, and education and vocations chairman. Miss Stark has been a member of the BPW for the past 23 years, participating in club activities at Tooele, Spanish Fork, Coalville, Roosevelt, Duchesne and Beaver. She is a graduate of the BYU and has done graduate work at the University of Wisconsin, Columbia Co-lumbia University, and University of Utah. |
